ajili Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms apply to every aspect of your relationship with ajili, including but not limited to: account creation, deposits, withdrawals, gaming activity, bonus participation, and use of customer support services.

1.2 By completing the ajili registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any game, or otherwise using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to comply with them.

1.3 These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policies, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement:

• Privacy Policy (ajili.one/privacy-policy)
• Responsible Gaming Policy (ajili.one/responsible-gaming)
• Any game-specific rules published in the applicable game lobby
• Any bonus or promotion terms published at the time of the applicable offer

1.4 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the provisions of a specific promotion or game rule, the specific promotion or game rule shall prevail with respect to that promotion or game only.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on ajili. This requirement is mandated by applicable Philippine regulations governing real-money online gaming. ajili strictly enforces this requirement.

2.2 Identity. You must register using your true and complete identity. ajili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

2.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. ajili primarily serves the Philippine market and operates in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. It is your responsibility to verify local laws before registering.

2.4 Single Account. You may hold only one ajili account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.5 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to open or maintain an ajili account: employees of ajili or any affiliated company; immediate family members of such employees; persons who have been subject to a self-exclusion order on ajili; persons prohibited from gambling by court order or regulatory directive.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money features on ajili, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You represent that all information provided is true, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ajili login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ajili will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted using your account credentials shall be presumed to have been carried out by you.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. ajili offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended to protect your account and wallet balance.

3.4 Compromised Accounts. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ajili support immediately via the 24/7 live chat. ajili will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending verification.

3.5 Account Currency. All ajili accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. USDT and Coins.ph deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Deposits

ajili accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and may vary for other methods as communicated in the Cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your ajili wallet immediately for GCash and Maya transactions, and within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section for bank transfers.

4.1.1 You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using a third-party payment method is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the relevant funds.

4.1.2 ajili reserves the right to impose deposit limits for regulatory, security, or responsible gaming purposes. Where applicable, such limits will be displayed in your account settings.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.2.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. ajili may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals and amounts above threshold limits.

4.2.2 Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash — within 30 minutes for verified accounts; Maya — within 1 hour; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — within 1–3 business days. VIP Gold tier and above accounts receive priority processing.

4.2.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. No maximum withdrawal limit applies for standard verified accounts, though higher amounts may be subject to additional verification steps.

4.2.4 ajili reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, ajili may request additional documentation before processing.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on ajili has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before you place any wager. ajili reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

5.2 Accepted Bets. A wager is deemed accepted only when the ajili system confirms it and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. In the event of a system error or disconnection prior to confirmation, the wager may be void.

5.3 Game Outcomes. For live dealer games, game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the live dealer's actions (card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls) as captured and verified by the studio's camera systems. For RNG-based slot games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. Neither category of outcome is influenced by ajili's systems.

5.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or technical failure that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes, ajili reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wager amounts to player accounts. ajili's decision in such circumstances is final.

5.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result was incorrectly settled, you must raise the dispute with ajili support within 72 hours of the result being recorded in your account history. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

6.1 ajili may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives to its players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.

6.3 Abuse and Misuse. ajili reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds — and to suspend or close the relevant account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; wagering patterns designed to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine gaming risk; collusion; or use of automated betting systems.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting in to a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

6.5 ajili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and in the process of being wagered will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

7.1 ajili is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available at all times in your account settings under "Responsible Gaming."

7.2 Available Tools. The following player protection tools are available on ajili:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
• Loss Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss thresholds
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts when a specified session duration has elapsed
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a specified period

7.3 Self-Exclusion. If you request self-exclusion, ajili will close your account within 24 hours of the request and take reasonable steps to prevent you from re-registering during the exclusion period. 7.4 External Support. Players experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to seek assistance from the National Council on Mental Health (NCMH) crisis hotline at 1553. Additional guidance is available on our Responsible Gaming page.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ajili platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification
• Operating more than one ajili account, whether personally or through a third party
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using ajili for the purpose of money laundering
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion could influence the outcome
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the ajili platform or its underlying systems
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment method misuse
• Using VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or regulatory requirements

9.1 All content on the ajili platform — including but not limited to the ajili name and logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to ajili and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the ajili platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

9.3 The ajili trademark, logo, and brand name may not be used in any context without prior written consent from ajili.

10.1 Service Availability. ajili strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside ajili's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. ajili will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions, provided that any affected bets will be handled in accordance with the error and malfunction provisions in Section 5.

10.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ajili's liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of the wager giving rise to the claim. ajili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Internet-Related Risks. By accessing ajili over the internet, you accept all risks associated with internet connectivity, including interception of data, technical failures, and latency. While ajili employs industry-standard encryption, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by ajili is governed by the ajili Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ajili, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11.2 ajili processes personal data for the following purposes: account management; identity verification and KYC compliance; fraud prevention and security; payment processing; customer support; regulatory reporting; and marketing communications (where consent has been provided).

11.3 The full Privacy Policy, including details of your data rights under applicable Philippine data protection legislation, is available at ajili.one/privacy-policy.

12.1 By ajili. ajili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of any provision of these Terms; fraud or attempted fraud; money laundering or other illegal activity; failure to satisfy identity verification requirements; or any activity that poses a risk to ajili, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

12.2 Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed by ajili for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms, ajili reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance.

12.3 By the Player. You may request closure of your ajili account at any time by contacting support via 24/7 live chat. Account closure requests for responsible gaming purposes will be actioned within 24 hours. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

13.1 ajili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ajili will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the ajili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the ajili platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and your use of the ajili platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ajili platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through ajili's customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

14.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ajili with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
